Sustainability policy

We have a corporate philosophy: RENAISSANCE, “a company for creating purpose in life (ikigai in Japanese),” proposing a healthy and comfortable lifestyle to our guests. To realize this philosophy, we established a long-term vision of “a health solution company that enriches the age of the 100-year life span.”
This sustainability policy is the foundation to realize the above concepts.

Ever since the founding of RENAISSANCE, we have been committed to contributing to society through our main activities. Toward the realization of a sustainable society and a society of healthy longevity, it is essential to "extend healthy life expectancy" of people, and we believe that staying "healthy" is one way to solve social issues.
We will continue to seek out a rich life in both physically and mentally good “health” for everyone as well as create “purpose in life,” and through a wide variety of initiatives linked to all stakeholders, we will contribute to creating a sustainable society.

[Social］ Relationship with stakeholders	To realize “a health solution company that enriches the age of the 100-year life span” as its long-term vision, RENAISSANCE will support health improvements of all stakeholders and contribute to creating purpose in life.
[Govemance]	To realize a sustainable society, we feel that we have to be trusted by every stakeholder, while achieving sustainable growth. To achieve this goal, we will address management through positioning the pursuit of the best ESG Management as an important challenge.
[Environment] Consideration of global environment	We strive to operate facilities and offer services, keep in mind the conservation of the natural environment, countermeasures against climate change, and other burdens on the global environment.
